Woodland Park Apartments included abatement and demolition of 99 units, a management building and recreation center along with new construction of 13 buildings encompassing 105,000 sq.ft. comprised of 80 one-bedroom to four-bedroom apartments; eight of which are ADA accessible. There is also a new 2,400 sq.ft. management building with recreation area for residents, tot lots and pavilions on location.
All new construction has incorporated enhanced green requirements.
