Shelby County Courthouse was a historic renovation project where Construction Management Services were provided.
The project consisted of the addition of a new vestibule, drive-up lanes, glass railing system and walkways. Renovations included replacement of old heating and cooling system with geothermal, window replacement, repair of existing roof, stairs and masonry.
