Pana towers

Pana Towers Apartments is an 8-story 72 unit apartment building that received extensive renovations.

All units were updated and converted to meet ADA accessibility requirements and sight/hearing impaired standards. Other renovations included: a lounge, community area, dining area, laundry and storage rooms, two existing elevators, abatement of asbestos-containing materials, siding removal and replacement with EIFS, tuck pointing and elastomeric sealant to all exterior concrete aggregate panels, window replacement, parking lot and site upgrades and roof replacement.

The project also included CATV, telephone and internet wiring, a new CCTV system, new plumbing fixtures and riser modifications and a new building entrance control system.

Pana Towers is the first Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) project to close using Project-Based Rental Assistance.
