Maple Ridge II consists of duplex and fourplex buildings comprised of 42 units totaling 38,644 sq.ft. There is a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments throughout the development. Nine of the 42 apartments are State Referral Network units for individuals with special needs transitioning to community-based living environments.
The Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) recognized the development under their Jon Linfield Award for enhancing efforts in the areas of community revitalization and economic development.
All buildings meet the Enterprise Green Communities Criteria.
