Morrissey Construction Company has completed Construction Management Services for Loretta Hall Townhomes located in St. Louis, MO.

The new development consists of seven buildings, which contain a total of 39 units and a playground. The units are a mix of 20 two bedroom/two bathroom at 1260sq.ft. and 19 three bedroom/two bathroom at 1512 sq.ft. Nine units are ADA accessible.
