Labors Home Development IV is a senior apartment building that received extensive renovations.
The three-story 75,000 sq.ft. building encompasses 100 units, a community room and common lounges. The project scope included: conversion of existing apartments to meet ADA accessibility requirements and sight/hearing impaired standards, new CCTV system, new unit entry and intercom system, new plumbing fixtures, new building storefront, new building entrance canopy to include a pavilion, new trussed roof system, new fiber cement siding, masonry tuckpointing, removal and replacement of sidewalks, new sight lighting, parking lot upgrades and extensive landscaping.
