Charles Place Senior Apartments is a 13,500 sq.ft. single-story wood framed building broken up into 15 apartments, a laundry facility and common area.
Each 540 sq.ft. apartment includes a full kitchen, dining area, living room, coat closet, full closet, one bedroom and one bathroom. All units have the ability to be easily converted to accommodate the changing physical needs of residents.
Energy Star technology and building practices were integrated throughout the scope of the project.
