Blue Sky Meadows encompasses 40 single-family homes and a community center on a 14 acre site. Each home consists of two, three or four bedrooms with some having the ability to be ADA accessible.
The community center provides on-site laundry, a resource center and common area which opens onto a large covered patio with picnic tables and grills. Residents also enjoy other amenities such as a playground, walking path with seating areas and community garden plots.
Following completion, the development achieved LEED for Homes certification with a silver rating from the U.S. Green Building Council.
