Morrissey Construction Company is committed to the safety of every project it is involved in. To achieve safety at every jobsite we take the utmost pride in our employees and take the necessary steps to ensure their safety. In addition to having site-specific safety programs, Morrissey Construction institutes the following procedures with every employee and jobsite:
- Superintendents carry OSHA 30 hour certifications
- Superintendents and project managers are First Aid & CPR certified
- MCC provided safety equipment
- MCC provided weekly onsite safety meetings
- MCC employee assistance and alcohol/drug rehabilitation program
- Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing, random testing, and post-accident testing
