Morrissey Construction Company Starts Renovation to Ziemer USA Building
(10/20/11) – Morrissey Construction Company was awarded the contract for the Ziemer USA building renovation. The building, which is located in downtown Alton, IL, was originally known as the Alton Savings and Loan Building.
The three story 22,000 sq.ft. building will be completely renovated into offices housing Ziemer USA on the first floor, while the second and third floors will be leased space.
The project is estimated to be completed in the spring of 2012.
