Morrissey Construction Company Awarded Contract for Housing Renovations in East St. Louis, IL
(02/25/10) – Morrissey Construction Company is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the contract for the Villa Griffin Housing Renovations located in East St. Louis, IL.
The project includes exterior and interior renovation of 8 buildings and is scheduled to be complete by January 2011.
Renovations consist of stabilization of existing buildings through the use of lime, new siding, roofing, fascia, gutters, windows, exterior doors, revised signage, new flooring, paint, gypsum board patch/repair, kitchen cabinets, new window sills, installation of condensing units, new a/c system, new water heater, revised light fixtures and installation of new transformers.
