Morrissey Construction Company Has Commenced Construction of Phase II of Washington Avenue Apartment Complex
MADISON, IL (April 28, 2004) – Morrissey Construction Company has commenced construction of the Washington Avenue Apartment Complex located in Madison, IL. The $4 million apartment complex is being developed by Washington Avenue Limited Partnership, designed by Henderson Associates Architects, Inc., in Edwardsville, IL and will have approximately 58,150-sf available for tenant lease.
The two-story wood frame apartment complex will feature 30-two bedroom and 12-three bedroom units. Each unit will feature new residential appliances, contemporary cabinetry and modern accessories, private entryways and seasonal landscaping.
Morrissey Construction Company, one of the area's leading general contractors, was involved from the initial stages of the project.
