Morrissey Construction Company Begins New Apartment Complex in Centralia
CENTRALIA, IL (April 30, 2004) – Morrissey Construction Company recently began construction on the $3.5 million Hickory Ridge Apartments, located in Centralia, Illinois. The 45,000-sf apartment complex is being developed by Hickory Ridge, L.P., designed by Webster Design, Inc. and will be available for occupancy this August.
The two-story wood frame apartment complex will feature 48-bedroom units. Each unit will feature new residential appliances, contemporary cabinetry and modern accessories, seasonal landscaping, playground equipment and a Resource Center. Amenities of the Resource Center include conference center, computer room, kitchen and lounge area.
Morrissey Construction Company, one of the area's leading general contractors, was involved from the initial stages of the project.
