Morrissey Construction Company Begins New Apartment Complex Near I-255
WOOD RIVER, IL (September 3, 2004) – Morrissey Construction Company has a reputation to uphold. MCC has built, developed and financed more than 13, 324 housing units and have recently broken ground on the Windham Terrace Apartment Complex, located near I-255 in Wood River, Illinois. The $5 million apartment complex is being developed by Capstone Development Group, designed by Webster Design, Inc. and have approximately 57,300-sf available for tenant lease.
The three-story wood frame apartment complex will feature 40-two bedroom units and 20-three bedroom units. Each unit will feature new residential appliances, elegant cabinetry and modern accessories. The residents will enjoy the amenities of the clubhouse that will include a laundry facility, conference room and computer center while the children enjoy the new playground equipment.
