Morrissey Construction Company Broke Ground on New Housing Development in Monmouth, IL
(07/06/10) – Morrissey Construction Company is pleased to announce that it has broken ground on the new housing development known as Monmouth Farms located in Monmouth, IL.
Monmouth Farms will consist of 25 buildings comprised of several different housing types – single family homes, duplexes and townhomes. It will containing 40 residential units, a community room and kitchen, open space, public restrooms, management office, computer learning center, green space and 60 parking spaces and is scheduled for completion May 2011.
