MCC Meachum Apartment Project Nominated as a National Semi-Finalist
Morrissey Construction Company is pleased to announce that Meachum Crossing Apartments was nominated as a national semi-finalist in the Innovative Affordable Housing Development Project Showcase by NDC Academy 2009 in Washington, DC. Meachum Crossing (named in memory of Mary Meachum) is located in Venice, Illinois. The 22-building complex (including one community center) consists of 78 apartment units totaling approximately 108,000 square feet. Construction on the estimated $11.5 million project is expected to be completed by November 2009.
