Morrissey Construction Company Awarded Contract for Addition to Apartment Complex
(04/18/09) – Morrissey Construction Company is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the contract to construct 8 new low income housing units located in Granite City, IL.
The Granite City Commons Phase 1A consists of one 4,116 square foot building housing (2) 2-bedroom units and (2) 3-bedroom units, one 3,569 square foot building housing (1) 1-bedroom accessible unit and (3) 2-bedroom units. The buildings will share a green common space area and resource building with the 40 units completed by Morrissey Construction in 2009. Granite City Commons is scheduled for completion January 2010.
