Morrissey Construction Company Breaks Ground on Administrative / Recreational Building
(03/25/09) – Morrissey Construction Company is pleased to announce that it has broken ground on the Granite City Administration Building located in Granite City, Illinois.
The Administration building will be 16,000 square foot, including a recreational center that will house three computer-lab rooms and a multipurpose room that could be used for activities such as showing movies.
The Granite City Housing Authority's Board of Commissioners and city officials celebrated what will be the newest addition to the Housing Authority by taking part in a groundbreaking ceremony Monday, March 9, 2009.
"We're really excited about getting this new building up to better serve our community,"Sharon Mathes said. "It's going to be much more efficient. All areas will serve a purpose."
