Morrissey Construction Company Awarded Contract for Kitchen Renovations of Housing Development
(09/09/09) – Morrissey Construction Company is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the contract for kitchen renovations of a housing development located in Granite City, IL.
The project includes kitchen renovations and interior finishes for the existing Anchorage Homes elderly housing development consisting of 50 dwelling units and is scheduled for completion February 2010.
Renovations include new kitchen countertops, new base cabinets, converting existing storage closets into new laundry rooms, mold remediation, miscellaneous gypsum board repairs, interior painting, flooring repairs, replacing doors and frames, light fixture replacement, washer/dryer hook-ups, floor drains, and electrical upgrades.
